*** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT BELOW - UPDATED JUNE 3, 2013 ***

Hello there,

First of all, I'd like to officially introduce myself. My name is Cameron Paris, 22 - and I am a self taught graphic designer who has created multiple working websites, logos, t-shirts, business cards, animated shorts and more. I am addicted to making art on the computer, with markers, and several other techniques. I love helping people find their inner imaginations. But this task is something I cannot do alone, nor is the one I am about to present to you.

For the next couple months, I am asking you all to donate pieces of your art to the '#Marker-Madness 2013 Artbook'. The Artbook will consist of marker pieces completed by you as you will be credited in the Artbook. It doesn't matter when the piece was created, as long as it was created by you. As many as two submissions per artist, a page in the Artbook will feature your works with a space where you can write a personal bio about how marker art has affected your creativity, or how you first got into making art with markers.

Our sole focus with this Artbook is markers. In this day and age, I feel marker art is more important than ever. The digital era is stomping most traditional techniques - featuring options that mock markers & other popular art supplies through brushes. We need to come together as marker artists, and show the community that marker art is worth the patience and practice just as any other technique is worth. Coming together to talk about our art is one of the only ways to do this. The other way is when we come together to make something to show others. This is where you come in.

I will be making a Kickstarter once we reach 100 marker submissions.
We will only be accepting 130 submissions, so be sure to submit NOW to reserve your spot! We're at 51 so far!

:bulletred: To submit, simply link your art piece(s) below, and be sure to include your bio/first experience with markers. If you don't want to include anything with your submission simply leave it blank.

:bulletorange: Include your real name & your real age. If you do not, we will simply include you as anonymous.

:bulletyellow: To help support the Artbook in more than one way, please donate :points:'s to blaaaaakk (my personal account) and I will be using the points to help make #Marker-Madness a Super Group.

:bulletgreen: Remember to chat in our MadnessMember Chatroom!

:bulletblue: Stay active within the group. Spread the word to others who you think would join. We need everyone we can get!

:bulletpurple: If you're on Facebook :facebook: please like us to receive instant updates!

:bulletpink: If you have any questions please don't hesitate. If you have ideas too, please message me! I am eager to hear what you have to say.

 I hope to see all your amazing art below this Journal. I thank you in advance for letting me use your work in this book.

Hi!

Like I promised here is my submissions. Could you check my language from errors. English isn't my first language. Sorry about that! (by the way about the submission. Aren't you going to get all these art files in big resolution and CMYK colours? Because that's highly recomented when going to print them in book form. Otherwise they will be blurry and colours could look wrong... )

Real name: Anna Hämäläinen
Artist name: Nanaya
Age: 17.12.1991
Brand: Chiringo

Country: Finland

I'm young graphic designer from Finland and I'm offering large scale of professional graphic design services and creative products. I have worked in Finland's biggest music festivals etc.
I like to works in many styles and materials. Markers are one of my favorites in traditional media. I mainly use Copic markers to create my manga illustrations. I love how markers make pictures bright and colorful. I have used markers almost as long as I have created things (which started so early in my childhood that I can't even remember the start).

R.I.P World's end is cover picture for my newest novel comic called R.I.P (Reaper is the peace-giver). I wanted to draw the main character, Death girl, very boldly stand in the world that is collapsing. The world presents humans' subconscious. The story is battle against life from death's standing point.

Orange world is one of my illustrations about my manga, Gin Shinju. Kiyoko is one of the main characters and has very energetic and fun personality what I wanted to present in this illustrations with bright and warm colours.
